Today I tried Kombucha for the first time. It tasted fizzy. It’s actually a fermented tea that has many different types of microorganisms that help with having a strong digestive and immune system. I actually enjoyed drinking it. The health benefits of kombucha are numerous. I was hesitant to try it since I thought it was going to taste strange but it tastes good. I like that fizzy feel to it, which is different than most of my drinks.
